When does it stop?

When you have someone that is stalking and harassing you and your friends, do you ever wonder when it will stop?

If they are posting on a forum and you respond to them, they start to call you names and make up lies about you. If you ignore them.....well, they still do the same thing. It seems that no matter what you do, they refuse to leave you alone.

One of the ladies on our forum, owns her own business. It is a family business, where both she and her husband work, along with their son-in-law. This ladies' husband will tell you up front that his wife owns the business and that he just works for her. Our cyber bully. Ms. A, has decided that the business is owned by the husband and regardless to how many times you tell her to the contrary, she will swear that she has seen the business license and that we are all lying, because she knows for a fact that the husband owns the company.

It amazes me that this person refuses to leave us alone. Even though we know that she does not have any money, and that she does not own anything of value, we have threatened to file law suits against her for the stalking and harassment. A couple of us have even talked with lawyers, who assure us that if a lawsuit is indeed filed, we may not be able to collect a monetary award, we can at least get a court order that will restrain her from having any contact with us in any manner. After having several conversations regarding this situation, we have come to the conclusion that it would be worth it, just to stop her from ever coming to a place where we all hang out.
